How it works
Four steps.No phone calls.
Step 01Request
Tell us what you need
Search, or pick a category, and say what the job needs and when.
Step 02Ask
We ask the yards near you
Your request goes out to every merchant in range who can supply it.
Step 03Compare
Compare the bids
Each one comes back with their own price and dates. Sort by price, distance or rating.
Step 04Accept
Accept the one you want
Nothing is charged until you accept a bid. Sorted.
In the app
Ask once. Let them come to you.
Tell MerchantLink what the job needs and when. Merchants near you come back with their price and availability, and nothing is charged until you accept one.
- Request in a couple of minutes, from the van or the yard
- Compare merchant bids side by side
- Nothing charged until you accept a bid
- Delivery and collection booked to the hour
- Extend or re-order without picking up the phone

Why we built it
MerchantLink is built by construction professionals who've done the ring-round, chased the suppliers, waited on availability and juggled the accounts. So we built the fix: every feature is there to cut the admin and keep the job moving.
Who it's for
Built for the trade.Open to everyone.
